Delivery Times

The average delivery times for all our packages are as follows:

- Once the order is placed, we need 1-3 working days to process it. During the week, this typically takes one working day, but if the order is placed on Friday evening or over the weekend, it might take a bit longer.

- Once processed, the order is shipped, and delivery typically takes 8-15 working days. We strive to make the ordering and delivery process as seamless as possible for our customers. However, if you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it is immediately prepared for shipment by our automated systems. If you want to cancel your order, please inform us within one hour of placing your order so that we can still intercept it. If you have concerns about the product received, we offer a hassle-free return process. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt and receive a full refund.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are covered by us for every order. No minimum order quantity is required.

Responsibility for Collecting Undelivered Packages

If a package is undelivered because the customer was not home and is sent to the post office for collection, it is the customer’s responsibility to collect the package within the specified time. If the package is returned to us because the customer did not collect it, we do not offer refunds. However, we can reship the package at the customer’s expense. To arrange a reshipment, please contact us via email, and we will provide the shipping cost. If the customer disagrees with this solution, they must provide evidence that we failed to fulfil our delivery obligations.

Customs and Import Costs

We ship all packages with DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means that any customs duties or import costs are the customer’s responsibility upon receipt. Please ensure you are aware of any applicable charges in your country before placing an order.
